Ambassador Brand Scope · Prepared for
TATEJONES
Shawn Harrison and Stacey Horton
tatejones.us
Two founders, one brand. You and Stacey split the camera time and generate the content. Qinary runs strategy, brand, avatar, social, platforms, private Slack and the portal for the TATEJONES accounts. We edit, caption and publish. No AI content, so what goes out still sounds like the two of you.
Four pillars, built in order.
Qinary runs the system. The two of you generate the content, taking turns as the face of the brand. We edit, caption and publish. About a week from the strategy session to your portal.
Brand Strategy
A full study of TATEJONES: made in Los Angeles, domestic fabric, limited runs, and two founders who have worn it since 2018. The ambassador framework sets how Shawn and Stacey each show up for the brand and the story they share. Built first, then reviewed as the work runs.

Avatar Strategy
The TATEJONES buyer, modeled from real third party data. What they value, where they shop, and what actually makes them add to cart.
- Ideal client avatar, modeled and documented
- Third party syndicated consumer and lifestyle panels
- Psychographic profiling, values, motivations and status drivers
- Demographic and household modeling for the people you actually want wearing it
- Life stage and buying signals mapped to content
- Buying triggers and objections mapped to content, price and fabric included
- Platform and consumption behavior per avatar
- The TATEJONES avatar, modeled for the brand alone
Social Storytelling
You and Stacey generate the content, in the clothes. We edit, caption and publish to the brand accounts. No AI content, because your audience has to trust it is the two of you. Private Slack sits next to the portal.
- Weighted content pillar architecture
- Daily prompts to a shared private portal, built from your pillars and assigned to Shawn, to Stacey, or to both
- Either of you shoots. We edit, caption, design and publish
- Published to the TATEJONES Instagram and Facebook
- Private Slack for the working conversation
- No AI-generated content, ever
- Community management on comments and DMs
- Hashtags, covers and calendar handled for you
- Analytics in the same portal, and prompts retuned around the winners
Studio Production
In-studio head-and-shoulder in Arizona is included for subscribers at no extra cost. Both founders shoot in the same session, wearing the line.

Step by step.
About a week from the strategy session to your portal. The ranges below are how the first ninety days actually run.
Week one
Kickoff and brand study
Two hours with both of you. Unique identifiers, emotional attributes, how the ambassador roles split, and what this should build toward. Everything downstream comes out of this session.
Weeks one to three
Brand and avatar
Position, differentiator and voice, then the third party data pull to model the TATEJONES buyer. Both halves get written into your Brand OS, and your weighted content pillars come out of it.
About one week
Portal, Slack and daily shooting
About a week from the strategy session to portal install. You both get the private portal as an app on your phones, Slack for the working conversation, and a prompt every morning that names who it is for. Whoever it names shoots a short clip and uploads it. We edit, caption and publish. The prompt is a starting point and you can take it wherever you want.
Around week four
First studio day in Arizona
In-studio head-and-shoulder is included for subscribers. Two hours with both of you and three looks each gives us roughly a month of polished content. Daily shooting keeps running, because that is still where most of the reach comes from.
Monthly
Strategy call
We get on the phone each month to look at what ran, what you want to push next, and anything changing in the line, the drops or the market that should show up in the prompts.
Ongoing, formal review at 90 days
Analytics and optimization
Your numbers sit in the same portal, so there is never a question of whether this is working. We read them every month and we teach you to read them too, down to which pillars are pulling and which formats are turning into real conversations. Your prompts then get rewritten around whatever is winning.
Two hours a week, split between you.
The two of you generate the content, roughly an hour each. Everything after the clip sits with us. No AI content.
Your side
Roughly two hours a week between the two of you- Read the prompt each morning; it names which of you it is for
- Shoot short clips on your phone, thirty to sixty seconds, in the clothes, no editing and no captions
- Upload straight from the portal app on your phone
- Use private Slack when something needs a real conversation
- Come to Arizona together for a studio day when it suits you both
- Tell us about drops, restocks and new pieces before they land, so we can steer
You never write a caption or schedule a post.
Our side
Every day- Brand strategy, positioning and the full Brand OS
- Avatar modeling, third party data and psychographic research
- The weighted content pillar architecture
- Every prompt written, assigned to a founder and scheduled to your portal
- All editing, captions, copywriting, design and covers
- Publishing across the platforms in this scope
- Private Slack, staffed
- No AI-generated content on the TATEJONES accounts
- Studio, crew, direction and the full post production
- A monthly strategy call
- Monthly analytics, read for you and explained to you
- Prompts rewritten around whatever the data says is working
If you uploaded it, we treat it as approved. Nothing sits waiting in your inbox.
Ninety days is where we start, because that is how long it takes the platforms to trust a new rhythm.
Consistency is the largest ranking signal there isStopping and restarting puts you back at zero. Inside the first ninety days you should see new reach in your own account, and the numbers to prove it are sitting in your portal the whole time.
This is the program for the TATEJONES accounts, covering both founders. One subscription, one bill. Checkout below is the $997 monthly subscription.
